Bank Negara Malaysia Governor, Tan Sri Muhammad Ibrahim and Kedah Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri DiRaja Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah officiated at the grand opening ceremony attended by hundreds of guests this morning.
