SIDREC Head of Dispute Resolution Hong Siew Lai was recently interviewed on CITYPlus radio station. She shared on the type of situations that investors may find themselves in need of dispute resolution with their capital market intermediaries. Hong also gave an insight on how the dispute resolution process is conducted.
