Please note that the last day and time for the lodgement of the proxy form is Monday, 3 April 2017 at 2.30pm. The proxy form must be deposited at Messrs. Shook Lin and Bok, 20th Floor, Bangunan AmBank Group, 55, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
