CEO briefs members on SIDREC’s new TOR

On Feb 27 2017, SIDREC CEO Sujatha Sekhar Naik conducted two briefing sessions to our members on the salients points of its terms of reference (TOR), and the enhancements that were coming into effect on 1 April. The morning session was open to representatives of bank members, i.e. registered persons (commercial banks, Islamic banks and specified development financial institutions) while the afternoon session was for representatives of Capital Markets Services Licence holders.

A total of 171 representatives attended the briefings held at the Securities Commission Malaysia building at Bukit Kiara. The new TOR will be uploaded on the SIDREC website before the end of March.
